My name is Robert Deszell, President of Deszell Consulting LLC, a professional service firm committed to delivering value services leading to measurable results.  As a small solution provider, I am dynamic, cost effective and result orientated.  My core strength lies in how I combine technical and business expertise with industry knowledge to create a solution that is right for the customer.
 
I have been an accomplished IT professional with a unique combination of technical, engineering and leadership skills since 1989.  Recognized industry leader on large IT projects with extensive experience with Oracle, Microsoft, GIS, SharePoint and Open Source products.  My leadership, technical knowledge, multi-tasking, and team building abilities provides for an effective, well-rounded information technologist.

In addition to working with many organizations, I obtained an active "Secret Clearance" and worked on a variety of State and Federal government projects to include Department of Homeland Security, Hanford, US Navy, US Coast Guard, US Marine Corp and State government organizations.  I've worked through government processes such as System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) requirements and Department of Homeland Security Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements.
